Raw user prompts are pre-processed to resolve coreferences and extract implicit regulatory targets. This enables precise hard metadata scoping at the database level, ensuring the vector search only runs across the legally relevant framework partition.

Double-Pass Citation Verification

Citations in generated outputs are validated against the retrieved context. The system first verifies the exact quotation string match, then triggers a semantic LLM critic to confirm hallucinations haven't stripped the citation of its context.
